Shipping & Returns

We ship discreetly. Your paddle will arrive as a standard shipping parcel in a plain cardboard box, addressed from Redhand Woodworking. Your credit card and/or bank statement will also reflect Redhand Woodworking.

We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail to ship our products. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship - delivery time is typically 1-3 days once your order is shipped. International shipping is available as well at a reasonable rate. We use USPS First Class International - delivery time varies based on location.

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in some items (color, grain pattern, etc). We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item!

Should you need to return your paddle, email us, box the paddle up and we will send you a return shipping label, completely free. Your return label will be addressed to Redhand Woodworking.
